The Monthly Catalog is a primary, historic bibliographic resource for Federal Government information. Bibliographic metadata from 1895-1976 has been transformed into MARC format and is now available in GPO’s Catalog of U.S. Government Publications (CGP) as the Historic Monthly Catalog.
