Learn how a large academic consortium worked together from a small working group to successfully replace MARCIVE/Cataloging Record Distribution Program (CRDP) monthly uploads for digital FDLP publications. The session will briefly describe the MARCIVE/CRDP situation, the scope of the consortial working group, questions asked while exploring options, choices made with the LMS (Alma), and the basic workflow of the implementation process.
