This panel discussion will explore Tribal and HBCU FDLs and provide a firsthand perspective from an HBCU FDL. The panel will consist of professionals from both GPO and Tuskegee University who will discuss the unique needs, experiences, and challenges of these FDLs. Additionally, the panel will discuss the current status of GPO initiatives that support these unique FDLs.
