Jim Hemphill, of the Office of the Federal Register, takes you on a tour of the mechanics of the Federal regulatory process.  The workshop covers the Federal Regulatory process as embodied in the public laws, the Federal Register, and the Code of Federal Regulations, and focuses on the documentation of Federal regulatory actions.

The Suggested Core Collections Lists consist of recommended core titles in all subject areas for academic, public, and law libraries acting as depository libraries. The lists were last reviewed and updated in 2007. Agency publication practices have changed over the years, with new titles created and older ones having ceased. Additionally, FDLP regulations and guidance have been updated. It is time for the community to review these lists again and make any necessary changes that will keep them relevant and useful in the current FDLP environment.
