Fall 2026 FDL Conference: Updated Resources

The fall 2026 Federal Depository Library Conference is just a few short weeks away. Updated resources are now available.

• If you haven’t yet registered to attend, please use our NEW REGISTRATION LINK.
• If you have already registered to attend, you should have received an email from Zoom today, September 2, 2026, welcoming you to the Zoom event site. To ensure the conference appears on your calendar appropriately, please follow these instructions.
• To add all three days to your calendar (Preconference + all Conference sessions):
  • In your confirmation email, under ‘Add Event to Your Calendar,’ click the link for your preferred calendar. In the ‘Downloads’ pop up, click ‘Open file,’ then ‘Import.’
• To add specific sessions to your calendar:
  • In your confirmation email, click the ‘Join’ button to view the Event Lobby.
  • Navigate to the ‘Sessions’ tab.
  • Click on the ribbon bookmark icon next to any sessions you are interested in attending.
  • On the ‘Itinerary’ tab, click ‘Export Itinerary as ICS File.’ Import the file. Only the sessions you have bookmarked will be added to your calendar.
