Firsthand Investigations of Federal Depository Libraries

This Superintendent of Documents Public Policy Statement, SOD-PPS-9-2026, provides a framework to implement flexible and streamlined firsthand investigations of Federal depository libraries, as required by 44 U.S.C. § 1909. It supersedes SOD 312 and is effective September 30, 2026.
