Digital Distribution Issue Brief (April 2007)

During the fall 2017 DLC Meeting & FDL Conference, there was an informal discussion about digital deposit. In response to that discussion, GPO has reposted an issue brief that was presented at the April 2007 Spring DLC Meeting in Denver, CO (April 15-18, 2007) as background information.
