Firsthand Investigations of Federal Depository Libraries (Draft 07/07/2026)

The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework to implement flexible and streamlined firsthand investigations of Federal depository libraries, as required by statute. It supersedes SOD 312. This draft version of SOD-PPS-9-2026 was released for public comment.
