With the implementation of the Limited  Print Distribution Framework, a revision of the 2006 Superintendent of Documents distribution policy was required. The Superintendent of Documents released a draft version of the new policy for public comment on November 13, 2024. The comments received are shared in this report.

A draft revision of SOD-PPS-2016-4, Permanent Public Access to U.S. Government Information through Preservation, was released for public comment. The comment period ran from February 9 – March 29, 2026. This is a report of the comments received.
