Unlimited Print Distribution Titles, including Reminder about Deadline to Add Paper Format
Reminder: Depository libraries have until midnight, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to add any unlimited distribution paper-format titles to their library’s item selection profile. New selections will become effective on October 1, 2025. For more information, see Item Selection Update Cycle: Action Needed by September 30, 2025, to Add New Print Selections in DSIMS.
To make changes to your item selection profile, use the Depository Selection Information Management System (DSIMS). See the bottom of the web page for training resources.
To support your collection development decisions, the following has more information about the Unlimited Print Distribution Titles in both paper and online formats.
If you wish to add the online format (EL) to your library’s item selection profile in lieu of or in addition to the paper selection, you may make this change anytime. EL item numbers you add in DSIMS are immediately included in your profile. You are not required to add EL item numbers to your profile since there is no requirement to catalog online publications, but cataloging can be a great way to provide access to your curated collection.
