These publications will not be distributed outside of the Special Selection Offer. You must complete this survey by Friday, August 29th, if your library is interested in receiving any of these publications. Any Federal depository library is eligible to request these titles.

You may choose to request one or all publications, but you may not receive all the publications you request. If more copies are requested than available, recipients will be randomly selected. GPO will ensure that at least one copy of each publication is sent to a library in each National Collection Service Area.

This print publication is subject to the same retention requirements as other tangible materials distributed to depository libraries.

Note that the bibliographic record for the tangible publication does NOT have an item number, so libraries may not receive it through their normal record distribution processes.
