Reminder: One Week Left to Submit Your 2025 Biennial Survey

There is one week left to complete and submit your 2025 Biennial Survey to GPO. The deadline is Friday, December 12, 2025.

It is through this mechanism that depositories fulfill their legal obligation to “report to the Superintendent of Documents at least every two years concerning their condition” (44 USC §1909).

Once you have your answers ready and approved by your director, please use this link to fill in and submit the survey: 2025 Biennial Survey.
