This document supersedes the 2011 Legal Requirements and Program Regulations of the Federal Depository Library Program (2011), the FDL Handbook (2009) and the Federal Depository Library Legal Requirements (2009). It contains the most up-to-date regulations as established by Title 44 U.S.C. §§ 1901 -1916 (2010) Part III and the Superintendent of Documents.
