FDLP eXchange uses color coding to differentiate different statuses in My eXchange. The color of the plus sign next to each title tells you which items need your attention and which do not.

Items that do not require any action from you are colored blue or gray.

Blue indicates that an item is working its way through the process.

Gray indicates that items have passed through the system and are completed. Examples of gray items include items that have been marked as:

  • Kept
  • Transferred/Fulfilled
  • Discarded
  • Allowed to Discard

These items can ONLY be seen by users in your library.

Items that do require your attention are colored green or yellow.

Green indicates that your item needs something from you, such as accepting a match, mailing, marking as received, and the like.

Yellow indicates that an item has been entered by a user on your library account and needs to be approved by an account administrator and submitted to the regional.
