GPO is preparing for the public launch of the new Historic Monthly Catalog available in the Catalog of U.S. Government Publications (CGP). This new collection contains more than 1.2 million historic catalog records from the Monthly Catalog of U.S. Government Publications (MoCat). Users may experience brief, intermittent outages as we implement changes and update CGP data. New links and features for access to the Historic Monthly Catalog may appear or disappear at times during this implementation. GPO will share updates when these new features are ready to use and will keep the community informed throughout the process. Thank you for your patience as we work to enhance public access to these historic records.

GPO is updating guidance to align with the FDLP Rules and Instructions, published June 2026. If you have any questions, please contact us via askGPO.
