Regulation 13: Cataloging Current Tangible Receipts

The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) has written guidance for libraries needing more information about the new Regulation 13, which requires cataloging of new tangible receipts. As mentioned in the letter that accompanied the Legal Requirements and Program Regulations, we are currently redesigning the FDLP Desktop, which will include supplementary guidance for the regulations.
