PURL Migration Complete

The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) has completed the migration from the OCLC PURL Resolver Software to the PURLZ Resolver Software for its PURL implementation.PURLs now resolve using two hostnames: purl.fdlp.gov and purl.access.gpo.gov.
