Do Not Claim Additional Copies of Legal Requirements and Program Regulations of the FDLP

Several libraries have claimed the Legal Requirements and Program Regulations of the Federal Depository Library Program. This publication was shipped out on shipping list 2011-0339-P in an envelope specially labeled for the attention of depository coordinators.

Libraries may either shelve the received document or to keep it in another suitable location for reference. Budget limitations preclude providing secondary print copies to depositories. Additional copies can be printed locally from the PDF version that is available on the FDLP Desktop in Federal Depository Library Legal Requirements.

Only claim this document if your library has not received the one shipped out on shipping list 2011-0339-P. Please check with all library staff to see if the document was received in your depository shipment and misrouted.
