The webinar will help you better understand the CFPB’s Your Money, Your Goals and the FDIC’s Money Smart materials. These financial education resources help people enhance their knowledge and skills to meet financial goals. In the webinar, you will learn what these materials have in common and how they differ. Participants also will learn how they can work together to help serve communities. Register here.
  2. The Science Reference Section, Science, Technology and Business Division, of the Library of Congress is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EST). Library of Congress Science subject specialists will provide an overview of the historical science & technology collections at the Library of Congress. The Library of Congress collections are robust in both the history of science and the history of technology. Both collections comprise two major elements: the seminal works of science and technology themselves, and historiographies on notable scientific and technological works. Science subject specialists will provide an overview of these collections, with an emphasis on collections available online. Instruction will cover research strategies, library search tools, and online resources to discover these rare and seminal scientific works. Register here.
