Updated Schedule & One Week Left to Sign Up to Present or Exhibit: 2019 FDL Conference

An updated schedule of events for the fall 2019 Federal Depository Library Conference (October 21 – 23) is now available. Have you registered to attend yet? Join the U.S. Government Publishing Office and the Depository Library Council for the largest annual gathering of Federal depository librarians and colleagues in the country. Register to either attend in person in Arlington, VA or join us virtually.

And don’t miss your opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with event attendees. There are many ways to participate. Don’t delay; spots are filling up fast. The deadline for proposals is Friday, September 13, 2019.

  • Present an educational program. Presentations can cover introductory to advanced information on topics related to U.S. Government information resources and librarianship. Educational programs run for 60 minutes.
  • Present a poster. Showcase your FDLP activities, services, or resources by displaying a poster at the event. Posters will be on display throughout the conference. Poster creators will participate in a Poster Session where attendees can chat and ask questions on Tuesday, October 22, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
    • Read our Presenter Information Sheet for information about event attendees, presenter logistics, and the various ways you can participate as a presenter.
  • Exhibit products, resources, tools, and services. Exhibits are located in the main ballroom where attendees participate in coffee breaks and networking activities.
