  • Speaker: Sara Studwell, Librarian and Product Manager, Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI)
  • Learning outcomes: This webinar will introduce the DOE Data Explorer (DDE), OSTI’s search tool enabling users to locate and access research data resulting from DOE research and development activities. DDE was redesigned in 2017 to better reflect data hierarchies and display meaningful relationships, improving the search experience and helping users explore even more relevant data. Participants will learn about DDE and how to use the search tool, as well as DOE’s Data ID Services for registering datasets with DOIs to promote citation, discovery, retrieval, and reuse.
  • Expected level of knowledge for participants: No prerequisite knowledge required
