  • Learning outcomes: This webinar will provide a detailed overview of the digital collections contained in the Library of Congress website, “A Century of Lawmaking for a New Nation: U.S. Congressional Documents and Debates, 1774-1875.” The site contains important early legal materials and Congressional documents and debates, including the U.S. Serial Set and the precursors to the Congressional Record. The webinar will cover the content of the collections on the site, and when each is useful, as well as offer search tips.
  • Expected level of knowledge for participants: No prerequisite knowledge required
