  • Learning outcomes: This fall, GPO will begin to accept discard requests from regional depository libraries, following the Joint Committee on Printing’s approval of the Regional Discard Policy. During this webinar, participants will learn of the latest regional discard updates, as well as a timeline for discard request kickoff. There will also be a Q&A period.
  • Expected level of knowledge for participants: Participants should be familiar with the information available via the "Implementing the Regional Discard Policy” project page. Prior viewing of the 14-minute webcast, “Regional Discard Policy Implementation: A Phased Approach,” is also encouraged.
