Everybody gets sick. Sometimes it’s just a cold or the flu, and other times it’s more serious like cancer or the need for surgery. This webinar explores the resources of the Federal Government, in English and Spanish, available to help our library users cope with any illness. Information sources include MedlinePlus, Health and Human Services, the CDC, the National Institutes of Health, and the National Library of Medicine. Some state and local resources are also be explored. Information available for Spanish-speakers and a few other languages are presented. Join us to learn how to cope with illness and where to find information.
