FDLP

47. Public Access Assessments

Depository libraries must cooperate in the depository library assessment program. Investigations of the conditions in depository libraries are required by Title 44 U.S.C. §1909. The program, now called Public Access Assessments, is designed to ensure that depository libraries fulfill their legal and Program obligations.
