    Do you have speakers of other languages in you library? Do they want or need to learn English? Free resources from the U.S. Government are presented and discussed. Included are resources from Voice of America, the State Department, and the Department of Education. Some resources will be useful for teachers of English as a Second Language and others are designed for self-learning. Also included in the webinar are resources from state agencies and non-profit organizations. The webinar also covers the concept of English-only and the legality of English-only rules in the workplace. The rights and responsibilities of non-English speakers in the workforce are briefly presented. Join us for an opportunity to help your immigrant and non-English speaking population.
