2013 DLC Meeting and FDL Conference Accommodations Information

GPO is located in the rapidly growing NoMa neighborhood of Washington, DC, or North of Massachusetts Avenue, bordering Capitol Hill. GPO has reserved two new hotels nearby, and blocks of rooms have been reserved specially for conference attendees.

A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants will be charged the prevailing Government rate at the time of the meeting regardless of the date that reservations are made. Rates can fluctuate on October 1st. The current rate is $226 (plus 15% tax) per night for a single or double room.

To make a reservation, call the Hilton Garden Inn’s toll-free reservation line at 1-877-637-5608. To receive the established Group rate, please identify yourself as a member of the GPO meeting group when making your reservation. If you do not identify the GPO meeting, rates may differ. To ensure the government rate, reservations must be made before Monday, September 23, 2013. Reservations after the cut-off date are subject to room availability and the best available rate. Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no penalty.

A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the fixed rate of $217 (plus 15% tax) per night for a single or double room. Breakfast is not included in this rate, however the room rate includes $5.00 Bistro Bucks.

To make a reservation, call Marriott Reservations at 1-800-321-2211 or complete an online form. To receive the established Group rate, please identify yourself as a member of the Federal Depository Library Conference (GPO) group when making your reservation. Reservations must be before Thursday, September 26, 2013. Reservations made after the cut-off date are subject to room availability and the prevailing rate. Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no penalty.
