Description:

This presentation will review the back-end analytical tools available in ALMA to aid Government documents professionals in conducting strategic weeding projects and assessing collection use of circulating and non-circulating documents. This includes running lists of documents (previously approved for discard) through the system to check for matches, using documents circulation statistics, and using ALMA for in-house check-ins for assessment. Other general practices on sharing this data with stakeholders will also be discussed.
