Sleep is a wonderful thing, and most of us do not get enough of it. We all know that feeling of not being able to sleep with sick kids, too much work to do, and various other reasons. This webinar will present information on Government resources about what sleep is and how to get enough of it. Also covered will be insomnia, benefits and detriments of sleep medications, problems and conditions related to sleep, and sleep requirements for differing ages. Information covered will include documents from the Catalog of Government Publications (CGP), websites such as medlineplus.gov and healthfinder.gov, as well as technical information and reports from the National Institutes for Health (NIH) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). So join us for some great sleep, but not during the webinar please.
