It has recently come to the attention of Library Services and Content Management that depository libraries have been receiving microfiche shipments of the Code of Federal Regulations with no shipping lists included. We have been working with the new contractor, National Archive Publishing Company (NAPC), to rectify the situation. NAPC has included the missing shipping lists for previous shipments in the 2008-0066-M shipment. That shipping list was sent out by NAPC on Friday, June 20. Please allow some time for delivery.
