Microfiche Conversion Contract Award & Distribution

The contract for program 562-S, the conversion of Congressional Hearings, Committee Prints, Reports, Documents and Hearings to microfiche, has just been awarded to Data Management Internationale (DMI), of New Castle, Delaware. Now that the contract has been awarded, libraries will soon see the resumption of microfiche shipments for this group of publications. Please send claims to the address that appears on the shipping list.

To review the contracts previously awarded:

  • The contract for program 823-S, the Bound Congressional Record, was awarded to Data Management Internationale on November 1, 2007. Distribution has begun.
  • The contract for program 613-S, Code of Federal Regulations, was awarded to National Archive Publishing Company in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Distribution has begun.
