The National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) implemented a change to the login system for the National Climatic Data Center Online Document Library on January 28, 2011. This change has affected Federal depository library access to that collection.

Libraries can still access the NCDC database while NOAA works on a new password solution by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following information:
