In May, 2009, GPO started distributing paper editions of Federal Register, Congressional Record, and Code of Federal Regulations as separates rather than including them in the regular depository shipment boxes.

Their GPO-issued shipping lists should be completed about the same time the publications are shipped. Electronic versions of the shipping lists can be found on Shipping Lister in .pdf version, and the Federal Bulletin Board in .dbf version.

The change was made to facilitate shipment of these important resources to selecting depository libraries as quickly as possible. LSCM believes that more timely arrival of these titles will be of benefit to all selecting libraries.
