GPO Congressional Publishing Services (CPS) has informed Library Services and Content Management that there is an error in the following publication:

This title was distributed to libraries entitled to receive the bound Serial Set (regional libraries and one library in each state) only. CPS is requesting that this publication be returned to GPO.

Each library selecting item no.1008-F will receive a mailing label via e-mail from GPO. The label will be sent to the address listed in the Federal Depository Library Directory and be addressed to the documents coordinator.

Libraries should use the return label supplied and return the volume within 10 days before the label expires.
