There are two ways for Federal depository libraries to access the National Climatic Data Center Online Document Library.

If your library has a .edu, .gov, .mil, or .us domain extension, you may gain access to the database without a login and password. Please be advised that the URL for this access has changed to: http://www7.ncdc.noaa.gov/IPS .
If your library is accessing this resource through the depository username and password, nothing has changed. The URL is still the same. The username and password are also still the same.
