Occasionally, GPO may need to provide unique processing instructions for materials that are being distributed to depository libraries or announce special offers of publications that are being provided to GPO by the publishing agency for distribution to libraries in the FDLP.

In these situations, GPO provides detailed instructions about the distribution of a specific title or group of titles or announces the availability of publications that may be available for free for a limited time to interested libraries.
